Winds gradually diminishing today with slowly subsiding seas.
Thursday, developing low pressure emerges off the Mid Atlantic
coast, possibly intensifying into a gale center Friday, as it tracks
southeast of the 40N/70W benchmark. NW gales may follow later Friday
into Saturday across the MA/RI waters. Winds should diminish Sunday
as high pressure builds into New England..

likely after midnight. Vsby 1 NM or less.

.THU NIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt with
