Persistent SSW flow 15 to 20 kts Tuesday and Wednesday will slowly
build seas across the RI and southern MA waters. Scattered showers
and thunderstorms will impact the waters Wed. A weak cold front
sweeps across the waters Thursday, shifting winds to the WSW,
yielding dry weather and improving vsby. These conditions are
expected to linger into Friday and Saturday.
