Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
Weak high pres initially in place gives way to a passing cold front
later today into early tonight. This feature may bring showers to
the waters late this afternoon into tonight. High pres then builds
back over the waters for the remainder of the upcoming workweek,
leading to tranquil boating weather conditions for much of the
workweek.
