Relative tranquil boating conditions across the waters with a large
high pres to the W. Low pres remains over the Maritimes today,
before moving closer to srn New England Thu. This high pres moves
over the waters Fri and Sat. Still expecting Tropical Storm Ernesto
to tracks well SE of New England. However, large S swells will
impact the MA/RI waters this weekend.
