boating weather through much of Wed. Low pres near the Carolinas and
mid-Atlantic coast then spreads a period of enhanced onshore
easterly winds, building seas and periods of rain late Wed and into
Thurs. High pres then returns for Fri into the weekend, with a
continued enhanced east-northeast breeze..
