Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
Increasing SW winds are expected tonight into Wed as high pres
moves offshore, with the strongest wind gusts expected on Wed. A dry
cold front will cross the waters Wed night, with winds becoming NW.
Weak high pres then rebuilds over the waters thru Thurs before
another dry cold frontal passage increases NW winds for Fri. High
pres then builds over the waters for the weekend.

.TONIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to
4 ft. Wave Detail: SW 4 ft at 4 seconds and SE 1 foot at
10 seconds.
.WED...SW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to
