moves offshore, with the strongest wind gusts expected on Wed. A dry
cold front will cross the waters Wed night, with winds becoming NW.
Weak high pres then rebuilds over the waters thru Thurs before
another dry cold frontal passage increases NW winds for Fri. High
pres then builds over the waters for the weekend.
