Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
High pres will continue to move east and further away from the
waters today. A weak cold front will cross the waters on Tue. This
will be followed by a weak ridge of high pres that briefly builds
south of the waters Tue night followed by a low pres system and cold
frontal passage later Wed into Wed night. We will then need to watch
the potential for an offshore low pres system late Fri into early
Sat.
