North Cargo Pier 2 – Max. draft – 39’06 (Vessels over 650’ restricted to 38’06)
A vessel with a draft that does not exceed 38 00″may transit the channels and basins at any time and stage of the tide. Vessels that have a draft in excess of 38’00″are considered “tide jobs” and will be advised by the Harbormaster and Canaveral Pilots of the time of boarding with consideration given to the stage of the tide. These vessels are generally scheduled to begin an inbound transit two hours prior to high tide. A minimum under keel clearance of 2’6” is required during the transit of the channels and basins. Mission: NASA astronaut Nick Hague (commander) and Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexander Gorbunov (mission specialist) — half of the original crew of four — will launch aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 to the International Space Station for a science expedition. Then in February, Starliner astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams will clamber into the SpaceX Dragon's two empty seats and join them for a return trip back to Earth. 1. Central Subtropical Atlantic (Remnants of Gordon):
An area of low pressure, associated with the remnants of Gordon, is
producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms more than a
thousand miles southwest of the Azores. Due to strong upper-level
winds, any additional development of this system is expected to be
slow to occur while it meanders over the central subtropical
Atlantic during the next couple of days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.

changed little in organization over the past several hours.
Environmental conditions appear only marginally conducive for some
development of this system during the next couple of days while it
drifts northwestward at about 5 mph over the central or western
subtropical Atlantic.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.
Shower activity associated with an area of low pressure located
about 650 miles northeast of the northern Leeward Islands has

depression could form as the system moves slowly to the north or
northwest over the northwestern Caribbean Sea and into the southern
Gulf of Mexico through the end of next week.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...40 percent.
A broad area of low pressure could form by the early to middle
