North Cargo Pier 1A – Max. draft – 38’06”
North Cargo Pier 1B – Max. draft – 38’6”  -  max length for tankers at NCP 1B to be capped at 840’ (A good benchmark to use is a BCM of 420’) / 150’ Max Beam / 95,000 MT Max Displacement  
North Cargo Pier 2 – Max. draft – 39’06 (Vessels over 650’ restricted to 38’06)
 
A vessel with a draft that does not exceed 38 00″may transit the channels and basins at any time and stage of the tide. Vessels that have a draft in excess of 38’00″are considered “tide jobs” and will be advised by the Harbormaster and Canaveral Pilots of the time of boarding with consideration given to the stage of the tide. These vessels are generally scheduled to begin an inbound transit two hours prior to high tide.  A minimum under keel clearance of 2’6” is required during the transit of the channels and basins. 48 Hours - advance paperwork for foreign vessels and US flag arriving foreign to Customs and Border Patrol.
24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must submit a manifest to the Customs & Border Patrol AMS.
24 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by Port Authority via Harbor Master and Pilots.
 
Port Security - All persons doing ship’s business within Port Canaveral must have TWIC prior to be allowed onto any terminal.  Escort required without a TWIC.  Vehicles must have permanent company markings to be allowed onto any terminal.

10/04/24 - No earlier than Friday, October 4: United Launch Alliance Vulcan Cert-2 - Mission: ULA will launch its second Vulcan rocket to earn certification from the Space Force for future national security missions. 10/05/24 - Saturday, October 5: SpaceX Starlink 10-10 - Mission: A Federal Aviation Administration operations plan advisory shows SpaceX is targeting this time slot for its next Falcon 9 rocket launch. However, the company announced it will temporarily suspend launches after Saturday's NASA Crew-9 rocket upper-stage splashed down in the ocean outside its target zone — so this mission status remains unclear.  Launch window: 3:43-8:13 a.m.  Location: Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.  Sonic booms: No.  Live coverage: Starts 90 minutes before liftoff at floridatoday.com/space.
