.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A Marine Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect tonight through noon across the bays and nearshore waters for visibilities of 1 nautical mile or less.
There is a moderate chance that dense fog lingers along the coast through the afternoon. Another round of patchy areas of fog is expected tonight through Tuesday morning.
A weak to occasionally moderate onshore flow will persist through tonight before winds shift out of the north on Tuesday due to a stalled front across the Hill Country.
A few isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible this evening through Tuesday morning as an upper disturbance moves through.
Otherwise, sea fog will remain possible through Friday morning.
A weak onshore will develop Tuesday night and will persist through Friday morning.
There is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms on Friday ahead of a cold front.
Offshore flow develops Friday afternoon and strengthens to moderate levels by Saturday behind the cold front.
