Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Dry conditions expected today through Thursday. 

Moderate to strong north wind will continue early this morning over the coastal waters. 

Afterward, expect wind and seas to subside from west to east. 

Generally weak flow tonight and Thursday. 

Weak to moderate southerly flow Thursday night is expected to increase to stronger levels Friday with a medium chance for Small Craft

Advisory conditions (winds over 20 knots) Friday and Saturday.

Winds will decrease back to weak to moderate levels by Sunday afternoon. 

There is a low chance for showers and thunderstorms

Sunday through early next week across the local waters.
