Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A generally weak to moderate northeast to easterly flow will persist today. 
Winds will shift to the southeast tonight and become light overnight, followed by a weak to moderate flow on Wednesday. 
Moisture will increase across the area Wednesday.
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible early Thursday morning through Thursday evening. 
Weak to moderate onshore flow is expected to continue through much of the week into the weekend. 
Periods of Advisory conditions are possible in our southern bays and nearshore waters Thursday afternoon into the overnight hours as winds are forecast to range between 20-25 knots.
