Please find attached MSIB 38-24 as the Captain of the Port has established a moving safety zone 500 yards around the rig VALARIS 144 in the La Quinta Ship Channel and Corpus Christi Ship Channel
as it is transported from the sea bouy to Kiewit Offshore Services on 11 June 2024. This transit is expected to to begin at 0600 and completed by 1400.

Weak to moderate onshore winds are anticipated each afternoon, diminishing to weaker levels overnight. 

There will be a low to medium chance of showers and storms each afternoon, primarily over the open waters.
