.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Weak to moderate northeast flow will continue today increasing to moderate to strong levels tonight into Thursday.
 
Rain chances will remain high (85-95%) today through Thursday.
 
East to northeast winds will strengthen through the end of the week with Small Craft Advisory conditions expected by the weekend.
 
The chance for showers and thunderstorms will remain high, 60-80%,
 
Friday, then begin to decrease over the weekend with a low to medium, 20-50%,chance by Sunday and Monday.
 
During the early morning to midday hours, conditions are favorable for the development of tropical funnel clouds and waterspouts, especially over the bays and  nearshore waters.
