.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Moderate (15-20 knots) northerly flow is expected to increase to moderate to strong northeasterly flow tonight after midnight in the wake of the front with a medium to high chance of winds
 
increasing to over 20 knots tomorrow leading to Small Craft Advisory conditions. High chances (70-90%) of rain will remain in the forecast today through Friday across the Gulf waters.
 
East to northeasterly flow will become moderate to strong this weekend,  with Small Craft Advisories expected.
 
Showers and thunderstorm chances will be low to moderate, 15-40%, through the weekend, then increase to moderate to high, 40-80%, through the work week.
