.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for all bays, with a Tropical Storm Warning in effect for all near and offshore waters.
 
Hazardous marine conditions will prevail along the Middle Texas Coast through at least tomorrow morning as Tropical Storm Francine propagates northeastward just east of our area and marine zones.
 
Strong northeasterly flow of 20-30 knots will persist today, with gusts up to 35-40 knots possible.
 
There is a medium to high chance of showers and thunderstorms expected through tomorrow evening,  before tapering off to a low chance the remainder of the week and into the weekend.
 
Mariners are urged to monitor the forecast and take necessary precautions.
