.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Small craft advisory conditions will continue today as Hurricane Francine continues northeastward toward Louisiana.
 
Winds and wave heights will subside this afternoon into the evening.
 
The end of the week and into the middle of next week the winds will remain south to southeast with a weak to moderate flow.
 
There is a low to moderate chance (30 to 50%) for showers and thunderstorms Sunday and Monday.
