Please find attached MSIB 77-24 as COTP is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor. Callan Marine dredging in inner harbor between the hours of 2000 and 0600 from 18th September to 15th November for dredging operations.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak and variable flow will continue through tonight before becoming weak to moderate east to northeast through Tuesday night with wave heights of 2-3 feet and a low chance of rain. 

Rain chances will increase to medium to high (30-70%) mid-week through the end of the week along with winds increasing to near 20 knots as models show a tropical wave approaching the region.
