.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Expect moderate to strong northeasterly flow with frequent gusts over 20 knots through this evening which will lead to the continuation of the Small Craft Advisory for the offshore waters.
Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions will likely remain in place over the nearshore waters and will be added to the offshore waters once the Small Craft Advisory expires this evening.
In response to swells from Hurricane Milton, elevated seas may lead to Small Craft Advisory conditions, mainly across the offshore waters for the upcoming week.
Otherwise, a weak to moderate north to northeast flow can be expected Tuesday and Wednesday, then becoming light out of the east the latter part of the week.
