.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Weak southeasterly flow can be expected today through Friday becoming weak to moderate at times.
There is a low (10-20%) chance of showers across the offshore waters by Friday.
Weak to occasionally moderate east to southeasterly flow will persist through Monday morning.
Southeasterly flow will dominate and strengthen to 15-20 knots Monday night through Wednesday.
Low rain chances return heading into the middle of next week.
