Please find attached MSIB XXX-24 as Invista has informed th US Coast Guard that they will be running electrical transmission lines across the Victoria Bage Canal on 30th October, 4th November and 5th November between the hours of 1300 and 1800 each day.

Light southeasterly winds will strengthen to moderate to strong levels by tonight into Tuesday. 

Small Craft Advisories conditions can be expected tonight through midweek. 

Rain chances will stay low through Wednesday, with a moderate increase anticipated toward the end of the week.
