Please find attached MSIB 86-24 as Invista has informed the US Coast Guard that they will be running electrical transmission lines across the Victoria Bage Canal on 30/October 4/November and 5/November between the hours of 1300 and 1800 each day.

Please find MSIB UPDATE 2 85-24 as Kiewit Offshore Services has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be performing module loadout operations in the La Quinta Channel on 30th October 2024 from 0600 to 2000.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Moderate to strong onshore flow is expected to persist through Wednesday morning. 
A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect through early Wednesday morning as a result. 
Showers are possible over the coastal waters through the day Tuesday though activity will be very isolated. 
Better chances will be Wednesday with probabilities around 20-50%. 
Southeasterly winds should drop below advisory levels by Wednesday but may still require caution. 
Weak to moderate south to southeasterly flow will continue Thursday through Saturday with winds increasing to stronger levels (near 20 knots) Saturday night through Monday. 
Medium to high (50-70%)  rain chances will be in place across the Gulf waters Thursday through Saturday.
