Callan Marine dredging in inner harbor between the hours of 2000 and 0600 from 18th September to 15th November for dredging operations.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Light easterly winds will shift to the northeast and then north through today and tonight. 
Late tonight into early tomorrow morning, there is a moderate chance of fog developing over the Bays and Intracoastal Waters. 
Northeast winds will strengthen to moderate to strong Wednesday night into Thursday, bringing brief periods of Small Craft Advisory conditions. 
This weekend, a weak onshore flow returns likely increasing to moderate to strong southerly winds early next week. 
Expect dry conditions from Wednesday night through Friday, but Gulf moisture will gradually increase over the weekend, bringing with it slight rain chances  (15-20%). 
By Sunday night into Monday, rain chances rise to 25-35% as a cold front approaches the area.
