Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Strong northeasterly flow and elevated seas over the Gulf waters are leading to Small Craft Advisory conditions.
 
These conditions are expected to persist into much of the work week.
 
Low to moderate rain chances (20-50%) can generally be expected today increasing to moderate to high (50-75%) chances by tomorrow.
 
Winds will become southeasterly beginning Tuesday night and weaken to moderate flow Wednesday. Northeasterly flow will return by Thursday night as a cold front moves across the area.
 
Moderate (40-60%) chances of showers will linger through the week.
