Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

 

Onshore flow is expected to remain moderate to strong through the morning hours before weakening too weak to moderate this

afternoon, falling below advisory levels.

However, seas will take longer to subside and may stay at or above advisory levels through early Thursday.

Showers and thunderstorms will continue through at least Thursday with a 50-80% chance.

Winds will shift to the northeast Thursday and increase to moderate strength.

Moderate to occasionally strong northeast winds will continue through Friday, with Small Craft Advisory conditions possible.

Winds will weaken Friday night and turn onshore Saturday.

Medium to high (50-80%) chances of showers will continue through Sunday night, then diminish too low to medium (20-50%) chances early next week.

Another cold front will sweep across the waters early next week, with moderate to strong northerly winds in its wake.
