Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

 

A moderate north flow this morning will increase to strong and veer northeast by late afternoon through tonight and Friday.

 

Small Craft Advisory conditions return tonight with the increased flow and elevated seas up to 7-9 feet MSL.

 

There's a low to moderate 25-50% chance for showers and thunderstorms through Friday especially over the offshore waters.

 

Weak to moderate winds are expected Friday night and Saturday as winds shift to theeast and southeast.

 

Light south to southwesterly flow will develop late Saturday night and Sunday and persist through Monday.

 

A medium to high chance of showers is expected this weekend  before rain chances diminish from west to east Monday.
