Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Strong northeast flow will continue through today before diminishing to moderate flow late tonight from west to east.  

Wave heights across the Gulf waters will be slower to subside therefore, the Small Craft Advisory has been extended to Saturday morning.

Winds will diminish to light to moderate and become generally southerly flow by Sunday.

A medium to high chance of showers and a low chance of thunderstorms are expected today through Sunday night before rain chances diminish from west to  east Monday.

Another cold front will move across the waters Tuesday, with strong north to northeasterly flow developing in its wake.
