Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Weak onshore flow will persist across the coastal waters through Wednesday morning. 
Moderate to strong (15-20 knots) north winds Wednesday night will weaken to more moderate levels (around 15 ,knots) Thursday before shifting to the northeast Thursday evening and weakening to under 10 knots. 
Winds will once again increase to moderate levels (around 15 knots) Friday and remain elevated through the weekend.
