.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Coastal areas are continuing to deal with decreased visibilities due to patchy to areas of fog this morning.
Winds still remain weak, around 5 to 10 knots.
We are expecting the fog to dissipate around 10 AM once the sun has had more time to heat the surface allowing air to to rise and mix with the fog, causing it to break up.
Will continue to monitor for the possibility of extending the Dense Fog Advisory past 10 AM.
A weak to moderate northeast flow can be expected through Saturday, becoming east Saturday night and southeast Sunday.
The flow is forecast to briefly become moderate Monday night across the offshore waters.
However, winds will generally be weak to moderate through the middle of next week.
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected Monday through Wednesday.
