Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A generally weak to at times moderate onshore flow can be expected today through early Christmas morning. 
The flow will briefly become variable on Christmas Day but will quickly return to onshore by the evening. 
There's a moderate to high 40-70% chance for showers and thunderstorms across the coastal waters through Christmas morning. 
Weak to moderate onshore flow will  continue over the waters for most of this week. A few showers and  storms will be possible each day.
