Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Light southerly flow this morning will shift southwesterly this afternoon and strengthen to around 15 knots. 
A cold front will push through Tuesday morning, causing winds to shift out of the northeast at 15-20 knots.
Northeast moderate flow is expected to become moderate to strong by Wednesday morning, briefly leading to a small craft advisory, and remain through Wednesday evening. 
Winds will diminish to weak to moderate flow and veer to the east as low pressure starts to develop, with a low chance (15-35%) of showers and thunderstorms. 
Winds diminish to weak by Thursday afternoon and through the night before increasing again on Friday  to weak to moderate.
