.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

South to southwest weak flow, which is helping to cause the early morning fog, will veer north and then northeast this morning and increase to become weak to moderate flow.
The wind will push any fog and moisture out of the region through tonight, with the winds becoming moderate offshore.
Winds will remain moderate out of the east on Wednesday, and moisture will move up from the south to produce a low chance (15-25%) for showers Wednesday afternoon.
Moderate to strong easterly flow Wednesday night will become weak to moderate and vary in direction Thursday as a surface low moves over the northwestern Gulf of Mexico.
Moderate northeasterly winds will follow Thursday night and persist through Friday night.
Moderate to strong south to southeasterly flow returns this weekend, bringing periods of Small Craft Advisory conditions.
Another cold front is expected early next week, bringing moderate to strong north to northeasterly flow in its wake.
There is a low to medium, 20 to 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday through Thursday night.
