Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Mainly dry conditions are expected today with a light north to northeast wind.
 
Winds shift tonight into Saturday east and eventually southeast, increasing to near moderate levels Saturday afternoon.
 
By Saturday night expect moderate to strong southerly flow.
 
A strong cold front arrives by late Sunday afternoon/early Sunday evening.
 
Small Craft Advisory conditions are anticipated from Saturday night through Monday, with moderate to at times strong winds then continuing through much of the week.
 
Rain chances will remain low, ranging from 20-30% into early next week, increasing slightly to 30-50% by midweek.
