Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Strong to very strong northerly winds will diminish this afternoon. 

A Gale Warning will remain in effect until non today.

Conditions will improve this afternoon, though Small Craft

Advisory conditions are still expected through Tuesday. 

Northeasterly flow will become strong once again on Wednesday as a disturbance approaches the area. 

Strong winds and elevated seas will keep Small Craft Advisory conditions in effect through the end of the week. 

Showers are likely late this week.
