.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A moderate northeast flow will persist through the day today.
Northeasterly winds will begin to increase tonight as strong high pressure remains in place north of the area.
Small Craft Advisory conditions are expected to resume tonight and persist through much of the upcoming workweek with winds of 20-25 knots and seas 7-10 feet.
Moderate to strong northeasterly flow will shift southeast for offshore zones Thursday into Thursday night as a coastal low develops and shifts up the coast.
Offshore flow is then expected for all areas by Friday as the low lift's northeast.
There is a very high (~95%) chance for showers Thursday across the waters and a low to moderate (30-60%) chance Wednesday and Friday.
