Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Lingering shower activity is continuing to move east northeastward this morning with rain free conditions expected over area waters in the next hour or so.
 
Strong northwest flow between 20-30 knots is expected to continue today through this evening before beginning to gradually decrease after midnight.
 
Winds are forecast to drop to under 15 knots tomorrow morning and become light and variable tomorrow afternoon.
 
A weak to moderate onshore flow Saturday night is expected to become north on Sunday as a cold front moves through the area.
 
Winds increase Sunday night to moderate to strong.
 
Small Craft Advisory conditions are possible Sunday night and become more likely Monday in response to high pressure building into the area.
 
A moderate northeast flow is expected by Monday night and continues through mid-week.
 
There is a medium to high (35-70%) chance of rain Sunday ahead of the cold front, then ends from west to east behind the cold front Sunday night.
