Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

as it is transported from Kiewit Offshore to sea buoy on 15 January 2025 between the hours of 0700 and 1900.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Moderate to strong north to northeast winds this morning will begin to decrease across the bays and nearshore waters by midafternoon.
However, winds and seas may remain at advisory levels across the offshore waters through late afternoon or early evening. 
A moderate northeast flow is expected tonight through Tuesday.
Isolated showers will be possible across the coastal waters south of Corpus Christi Bay on Tuesday. 
Moderate to strong east to northeasterly flow will continue through Wednesday, weakening to around 15 knots late Wednesday night. 
Winds will continue to weaken to 10-15 knots through the day Thursday before southerly flow returns late Thursday night into Friday. 
Winds will shift northwesterly Saturday afternoon in advance of a strong cold front, with strong north to northeasterly flow in wake of the front Saturday night into Sunday. 
Medium rain chances will persist Tuesday night through Wednesday night before lessening to low rain chances through the weekend.
