Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Onshore flow persists today at moderate levels. A cold front pushes offshore on Saturday with initially moderate northerly winds. 
By Saturday night, winds increase to strong levels with a few gusts near gale force Sunday. 
After a brief lull, Strong northeasterly flow develops Monday and persists through the middle of the week as a coastal trough develops. 
Gusts to gale force will be possible Monday night and Tuesday. 
Moderate northeast flow shifts more southeasterly Wednesday. 
Rain chances are moderate to high Monday night into Tuesday, then decrease later in the week.
