Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

 

Northeasterly flow will strengthen to 15-20 knots in wake of a weak cold front today, with Small Craft Advisory conditions more likely over the offshore waters late tonight.

 

Winds will weaken to under 20 knots Friday morning and continue decreasing to under 15 knots by Friday evening while shifting to the southeast.

 

Moderate to strong southeast flow will develop once again Friday night and hang around through the weekend.

 

A weak cold front Monday will shift our winds back to the northeast, although remain in the weak to moderate range.

 

Low rain chances Saturday will increase to medium to high chances Saturday night through Sunday night.

 

Rain chances will decrease to low Monday and hang around through mid- week.
