.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Moderate northeasterly flow will prevail today behind a cold front.
There will be a low (20-30%) chance of showers through the day today.
The winds will veer more easterly-southeasterly on Tuesday as a weak coastal trough develops near the area but will remain below cautionary levels.
Weak to moderate onshore flow will become moderate to strong Wednesday night, continuing through the day Thursday before veering to the north by the weekend behind a frontal passage.
These winds coupled with seas up to 7 feet could lead to brief SCA conditions.
There is a low to moderate (30-60%) chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday night through Friday morning.
