.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Areas of marine fog will be a concern both this morning and then especially this evening through Wednesday morning, primarily over the nearshore waters and Bays.
Gentle easterly winds today will veer more southeasterly on Wednesday and become moderate ahead of a developing area of low pressure.
There will be a low chance(20-30%) of showers through Wednesday.
Moderate onshore flow will become moderate to strong Wednesday night into Thursday with SCA conditions expected.
A cold front is forecast to move across the Middle Texas Coastal Waters by Thursday night.
Behind the front, winds will decrease to weak to moderate levels and shift to a northerly direction by early Friday morning.
By late weekend, weak onshore flow will return. There is a low chance of showers on Wednesday.
The chance of showers and thunderstorms increases to medium to high Thursday ahead and along the cold front.
