It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Fog will remain a threat through this afternoon over the bays and nearshore waters ahead of a cold front and a dense fog advisory remains in effect through 3 PM.
Fresh to strong southerly winds will precede the frontal passage and a Small Craft Advisory is in effect for the offshore zones through the afternoon.
There will be a medium- high (40-60%) chance of showers with the frontal passage this afternoon with a low (20%) chance of thunderstorms.
Gentle to moderate northwesterly winds will prevail behind the front this afternoon and persist through Friday. Weak northeasterly flow
Saturday will turn to the southeast Saturday night. Weak to moderate onshore flow will then continue through the end of the work week.
There is a very low chance of showers on Tuesday, but mainly dry conditions are expected.
