PORT OF CORPUS CHRISTI IS CURRENTLY OPEN TO OUTBOUND TRAFFIC

Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
There is a medium to high confidence in sea fog development daily across the bays and nearshore waters through Wednesday. 
Areas of sea fog, with visibilities less than 1 nautical mile will be possible at times. 
Sea fog will remain possible Thursday through Saturday, but confidence lowers as we head into the weekend. 
Weak to moderate south to southeasterly flow of 10-15 knots will persist through Sunday. 
A cold front is expected to pass through early next week, shifting moderate winds out of the east to northeast. 
There is a low, 20 to 30 percent, chance of showers early next week.
