Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves

 

...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

 

Patchy to areas of fog will continue to develop across the marine zones this morning.

 

A Dense Fog Advisory is now in effect through noon for the bays and nearshore waters of the Middle Texas Coast.

 

Sea fog is likely again tonight. Weak to moderate south to southeasterly flow of 10-15 knots will persist through Sunday.

 

A cold front is expected to approach the area early next week, briefly shifting winds out of the east to northeast.

 

However, onshore flow will resume quickly by Tuesday. There is a low to medium, 20 to 35 percent, chance of showers through the work week next week.
