.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A Marine Weather Statement is in effect through midnight as observations have revealed reduced visibilities over the waters and bays.
Weak to moderate onshore flow is expected through Wednesday afternoon before shifting to the northeast Wednesday night in the wake of a cold front.
A strong offshore flow will develop over the coastal waters on Thursday with Small Craft Advisory Conditions likely.
Weak to moderate onshore flow will resume Friday night, but another front is expected to shift the winds offshore again over the weekend.
There is a low to medium (30-50%) chance for showers and thunderstorms Thursday through Friday.
Saturday, weak to moderate onshore flow returns before a frontal passage on Saturday night will result in strong offshore flow, though subsequent model runs will help hone this timing.
