Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Light to moderate northeast winds will continue through tonight.  By Tuesday morning northwest winds of 10 to 15 knots.
 
Tuesday afternoon, there is a slight chance thunderstorm.
 
Winds will increase to 25 to 30 knots, leading to Small Craft Advisory conditions.
 
Gusts to Gale Force are possible, so a Gale Watch may be issued.
 
Elevated seas of 7-10 feet are possible Thursday and Friday night.
