Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

A weak northerly flow today will veer onshore by this evening before increasing to weak to moderate Tuesday.
 
Weak to moderate southerly flow is expected through Wednesday night before winds shift back to the north Thursday and Friday.
 
Southerly flow is expected once again Friday evening. Rain chances throughout the long term will be very low (less than 10%).
