Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Weak onshore flow today will increase to weak to moderate tonight into Wednesday.
 
Winds will shift north Thursday and Friday behind a weak cold front.
 
Southerly flow is expected to return Friday night.
 
Rain chances will be low (10-20%) through early next week.
