Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Weak to moderate southeasterly flow today will become weak northeasterly flow late tonight and persist.
 
Initially moderate flow early Friday will become light to gentle by Saturday as high pressure moves over the area.
 
Moderate southeasterly winds will then develop Sunday into early next week as the high shifts east of the area and an area of low pressure moves well north of the area.
 
Rain chances will remain very low, less than 15%, through early next week.
