Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSB XX-25 advising SLOW BELL is in place until further notice for all light tugs transiting past the South Side Marine Center located in the inner harbor of the Corpus Christi Ship channel.

Please find attached MSIB 16-25 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the La Quinta Shipping channel. Callan Marine has informed the U.S Coast Guard that they will be installing a submerged pipelines in the La Quinta Ship channel on 3rd March 2025 from 1000 to 1400.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Onshore flow will be around 15 knots over the waters through this afternoon before increasing to around 20 knots by this evening.
 
This will lead to Small Craft Advisory conditions through Tuesday evening.
 
A strong southerly wind Tuesday morning will shift to the northwest around noon Tuesday as a cold front tracks eastward across the Coastal Waters.
 
Weak to moderate westerly flow Tuesday night will strengthen to 15-20 knots out of the north on Wednesday as a reinforcing surge of high pressure pushes through the waters.
 
Winds diminish to around 15 knots and shift northeasterly Wednesday night, returning onshore Thursday.
 
Moderate south to southeasterly flow will dominate Thursday night through Friday night before another cold front passes through Saturday, shifting winds out of the north to northwest this weekend.
